Reservation information should include :
NAME(S), NUMBER IN PARTY, DATES AND TIMES OF ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE, AIRLINE AND FLIGHT NUMBERS, and, if appropriate, time and location of pickup. It helps if the company can provide a point-of-contact person to help us coordinate changing information.
DRIVERS MEET ARRIVING PASSENGERS AT BAGGAGE CLAIM WITH THEIR NAME FOR THE AIRLINE FLIGHT THEY WERE ON, unless otherwise directed. Please inform your guests of our toll-free number 800-453-2023 in US/Canada, or 410-820-8431 for international calls, so that we can be informed of delays and cancellations as they occur. If arriving passenger does not see our driver at baggage claim for the flight, passenger should call 1-800-453-2023 and state at what location he/she is so that we can get the driver to that location. Because of the time/distances involved, we will charge for "no-shows". Waiting hourly charges possible.
Recommended travel times to BWI (Balto.) = 1.5 hours. DCA(Wash.Natl.)/IAD (Dulles) = 2.5 hours. For help in coordinating manifests, our fax is 410-820-7275.
BILLING: We take American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards. We can provide receipts for your guests. We can also direct bill your business or organization with approval. |
